Brugo's Pizza Co Bistro - CAVE CREEK

Outstanding service, attentive but not obtrusive, informative and friendly. She actually made our evening more enjoyable. The food was good and plentiful from starter to dessert. The specialty cocktails were delicious (hello blood orange martini). Upscale interior added to the whole experience. We'll definitely go back.

Great location except it appears the Stagecoach Village is a bust and HOA doesn't repair the train that's raised above and seems mostly empty. Food was great as I've heard so many times but we waited over an hour to get our pizza. They say they were slammed and it did seem that the crowd came all at once, but it wasn't that busy and very disappointed. Not one time did anyone apologize or explain and they should have because I probably wouldn't go back to visit and would only do take out.

Overpriced and Inconsistent mediocre pizza. The first time we dined here, the pizza was quite good. Three weeks later we ordered the same exact pizza and it was barely mediocre. A $38 dollar pizza should be excellent, not dry with hardly any sauce or cheese. Along with two beers and a salad, our bill was $72 without tip. We ordered the 16 pizza so we would have leftovers but neither one of us want to eat them! The last time we had a Dominos it was much better that this. We haven't spent this much money on dinner in a while and it's quite disappointing that we didn't even have a good meal. Won't be back and we all lose since we live in Carefree year round and eat out often.

Nice pastas and lasagna. I really liked the flash fried Zucchini. Tables and booths are comfortable. I thought the background music was a little loud, but the restaurant was not full of people...That could have been why. Good service. I will return!
