Subway Sandwiches Salads - Cave City

I had an amazing experience at Awesome Austin this morning when I went for breakfast. I was warmly welcomed by Austin, who provided excellent customer service and had a remarkable memory. After I told him what I wanted on my sandwich, he crafted it perfectly without constantly asking me for more details. His personality really stood out as well. Overall, fantastic service! I ordered takeout for breakfast.

The online hours are rarely accurate, and the posted hours often differ from reality. The restaurant is intentionally understaffed; they could easily hire more employees, but choose not to. They often close early and frequently neglect to answer the drive-thru intercom to avoid taking orders. It's worth driving a bit further to get Subway instead of dealing with this place. Food rating: 4/5.

I placed a takeout order at this location and waited for 45 minutes, only to find that my order was never prepared. I noticed that the staff were focused on dine-in customers and seemed to neglect takeout orders. If the employees had been trained properly, they would know how to prioritize tasks better. When I inquired about my order, the employee asked me to wait a bit longer but then left at the end of her shift, leaving the counter unattended for another 10 minutes. Eventually, we decided to cancel our order by calling the store, and a man promised to process the cancellation and issue a refund. It’s now been three weeks, and I still haven’t received the refund. I am appalled by the complete lack of customer service and feel taken advantage of.

Made a mobile order and came to pickup but didn’t see it on the rack for online orders but was behind the counter so we waiting because the app said it wasn’t finished. Got one of the employees attention and they took a second to find the order and the asst manager asked us if we were sure it was the correct address and then the employee finds our sandwiches. Then we check the sandwiches and my sandwich was cold from where we sat there waiting and didn’t know it was behind the counter. Went in to complain and was met with rude comments from the asst manager and after 15 minutes she called her manager and finally remade my sandwich for me.

I arrived at 11:18 AM, and despite the restaurant being advertised as open until 10 PM, there were four employees inside who were closing up. When I approached, I was simply told that they were closed, and the response was quite rude and dismissive. I wouldn't recommend this place.
