Divey casual joint. Low key atmosphere. Friendly service. Food is acceptable. Limited beer options. Not kid disfriemdly. Not a destination, but not bad if in area.

This is a bar, not a restaurant. Think: old school honky tonk roadhouse. Cheap beer, low to mid range well drinks. They have both kinds of music here country AND western. They host events like amateur wrestling in their parking lot, and raise money for local charities by raffling off guitars. If that 's your jam, this is a solid joint. I love a good dive, and if I was in a mood to dust off the road with a few cold ones and listen to some twang, maybe shoot some pool, this would ring the bell. But if you are looking for food, you just took a wrong turn, Clyde. They serve burgers, a few sandwiches, lots of F 3s (Fried Finger Foods. The sidewinders , basically thick spiral cut jojos, aren 't bad), a taco, and that 's about it. I heard they used to have good bbq; those days are past. And that would all be fine, if the burgers and sandwiches were any good, but they 're horrible. The burgers in particular; malformed patties smashed flat, under seasoned and overcooked, on slick, oily buns with lettuce, tomato, pickle and onion, and absolutely no sauce whatsoever. Seriously. I took the veg off and just ate that. Hamburger cooked to the texture of crispy sawdust, tasting like fryer grease smells, and they don 't even have the good grace to put a little salt on it, or lube it up with some mayo, mustard or catsup to help you choke it down. Nasty. So: don 't eat here, unless it 's just some pickle chips to keep your Coors Light company. But I can recommend them for a classic boot scoot 'n divey dose of rural recreation, if ya dig that vibe. Live music on the weekends, and it ain 't bad!

Friendly staff. Excellent burger! I had the red shadow burner, or something to that effect. It had pepper jack cheese and jalapeños. The burger was delicious.

Very limited menu and being out of some of the items even though it was early in the evening is the only thing keeping me from giving a 5 star rating. The server was very attentive and made sure I had what I needed without being obtrusive. The burger I ordered was done perfectly and the fries were real cut potatoes and cooked nicely. Drinks were reasonably priced and atmosphere was friendly. Yes

This is a dive. It is in a dark and shabby building that smells musty and smoky. Dining room/bar area was cluttered and unkept. We came on a Monday when hours said it would be open but a strange lady sitting behind bar looked at us and said We 're closed . We actually were relieved and left quickly. Don 't even waste your time driving to this place. You won 't want to stay to eat.
