Opus One - Cavan

The Opus menu is available in the Atrium Bar instead of upstairs in the restaurant, offering a casual dining experience with the same menu. The porn star martini is excellent. The food choices are typical of Irish fare, good but not outstanding. The service is friendly and the room has a good vibe.

I want to thank our waiter, Eoin, for going out of his way to ensure that my wife and I had a wonderful lunch experience. Despite there being no vegan options on the menu, Eoin was able to arrange for some delicious vegan dishes to be made for my wife after speaking with the chef. She loved the vegetable stir fry, while I thoroughly enjoyed my chicken and vegetable curry. Eoin even organized a vegan chocolate mousse for dessert for my wife, which she adored. I opted for the sticky toffee pudding, which was also delicious. We were happy to leave a generous tip for Eoin, who provided us with outstanding service. We will definitely be coming back to this restaurant in the future.

The food was cooked fresh and perfectly prepared, with amazingly delicious flavors. I had breakfast and dinner each day, and the meals were consistently tasty.

During my stay in County Cavan, I did not stay at this hotel, but I visited the Atrium Bar in the Cavan Crystal Hotel for dinner. It was so delicious that I ended up going back for a second night. The prices were reasonable, the staff was friendly, and the food was excellent both times. I highly recommend giving it a try, you won't be disappointed.
