We are here twice whilst staying on site. The food was very good on both occasions, definitely the best on union lido fo us. Decent Bruschetta, good pasta dishes and good schnitzel with efficient and friendly service.

We've come back to this place for the past few years now. Parking is easy to find, either up the approach road or at the end of it, as long as you arrive nice and early. The bar is well-stocked, well-staffed and the prices are good fro what you get: no frills, satisfying beach food and drinks. The bagno they run is also well worth the money: back rows are only €12 for one umbrella and two beds, with lots of space between beds and free beaches either side. Quiet and pretty far from the families-with-kids camp sites that dot the rest of the long beach. The water is lovely and, as long as you don't hit peak season weekends, this part of the beach is never too busy. Loads of room on the free beach if you have the gear. Perfect spot for a last-minute, cheap and relaxing day at the beach.
