Here’s what we ordered: the half-dozen oysters were fine, but nothing extraordinary. I opted for the 8 oz filet, which I usually skip in favor of fattier cuts like ribeye or NY strip. However, I decided to try it Pittsburgh style, medium rare, and the crust was just perfect! As for the Brussels sprouts, they were quite average and not to my liking at all. On the bright side, the service was outstanding—5 out of 5—thanks to the excellent duo of Nina and Jordan. I will definitely return!
We made a last-minute decision to celebrate my birthday dinner at this restaurant. The atmosphere and view were quite romantic, and the service was commendable. We had heard great things about their steaks, but since my husband makes excellent steaks at home, we typically don't order them when dining out. The food was flavorful, but we felt the portion sizes were small and the prices were steep. After ordering two entrees, one Old Fashioned, and a glass of house red wine, our bill came close to $200. For that amount, we usually expect larger portions, like those at Mahogany or Bull in the Alley. If we return in the future, we would likely just enjoy a drink on the patio to take in the lovely view.
I stayed at a nearby hotel for work and decided to stop by for a late dinner. I only ordered a drink and the lobster tempura, which was excellent. I’ll definitely return to try the full menu next time I’m in the area.
Over an hour to get our meal and the managers reason was he hated December because they were busy? 5 tables seated after ours finished and left before we received our main course. Lobster was horrible Server was good but shouldn 't have allowed it to get that far behind to where we sat without food after our salad for 48 minutes. A5 filets were excellent but meal was a disaster and ruined because of the extreme wait for our food. Not worth $190.00 for an 8 oz steak. And I am a steak snob. I would pay 200 for a great steak delivered to the table in a timely manner. Nice setting in the dining room area Extremely disappointing and unexceptionable for a restaurant of this caliber and very disappointing the FOH manager only had excuses and never even tried to make things good and turn the night around. He lied to our entire table saying the reason all the other tables for their food first was because we ordered salads and they didn 't. Which was a 100% lie !! We watched the table next to us get an app and salad and their food and leave before we got our steaks. Who wants to wait 1.5 hours after sitting down and then still be hungry for a 200$ steak FOH MANAGER 1* Server 2.5* was excellent but never should have allowed food to take that long without getting other 's involved FOOD Steaks wagyu a5 4* Price of wagyu 1* INTEGRITY OF MANAGEMENT ZERO STARS
Go to McGills you won't be disappointed. Best steak house and seafood in the Tulsa Area period.
