Dunkin' - Catonsville

The staff are consistently friendly, which I truly appreciate. The food is standard, but the coffee is quite good. I'm glad to have this restaurant in our small community.

We closed down!!! If you're just a broke guy, it's time to get a real job, like working at Dunkin' Donuts. How about making me a latte? And while you're at it, throw in some donut holes. I see you making $16.50 an hour—who's laughing now?

I always receive excellent service and enjoy great food at this restaurant. I get my coffee from there every day, which is a testament to how much I love it!

The guy who makes sandwiches in the morning always has an attitude on his face, looking at each other, rolling eyes when you ask for something, just makes me feel uncomfortable and not want to ask for anything and he messes up my sandwich every morning. Some staff are very nice/good, some just terrible. The only reason I come here is because it’s the closest to my house.

No sense of urgency among the staff. You could be waiting 10 minutes for a simple sandwich to be made which is ridiculous for a spot serving quick on the go breakfast .
