I absolutely love the people here, and the food is amazing! It truly feels like a family atmosphere.

I've been a regular at this restaurant for years, but my recent experience has left me feeling completely disappointed. The young boy taking my order questioned if my card was real, which I found utterly unprofessional. It's essential to have staff who are of appropriate age and have the skills to interact with adults respectfully. This kid seemed no older than 9, making the situation even more frustrating. Sadly, this will likely be my last visit. Additionally, my food has consistently been incorrect whenever I've ordered over the phone and picked it up. Until the staff is at least 18 years old, I don't plan on returning.

However, the restaurant went on to call my phone multiple times. When I explained that I hadn’t placed any order, they insisted that my number was attached to it. I reiterated that I wasn't the one they were looking for and that I wouldn’t be paying for something I didn’t order. The establishment continued to contact me, yelling and threatening me because I refused to accept an order that was not mine. They sent me pictures showing my number linked to the order, but I explained again it wasn’t me. The person on the other end, whether a young girl or an adult, was extremely unprofessional and refused to take "no" for an answer. I understand that it might have been a loss for them, but I shouldn’t be forced to pick up or pay for an order I didn’t make. I informed them that I would be writing a review about their poor professionalism. To make matters worse, I’ve NEVER ordered from this place before—I don’t even know where it is located! Now they’ve banned me from ordering and plan to report my number to their website manager. Honestly, I don’t care about that; they just need to get their attitude in check. There are plenty of Chinese carryouts in Baltimore, and I shouldn’t have to deal with this kind of nonsense from anyone.

If you were to go inside, you'd probably walk right back out. The place is so dirty and nasty. The health department needs to shut it down.

Best food ever. I love their bbq spare ribs and their orange chicken. The best around. They are super friendly and I will definitely be back.
