The Bacon King Meal was quite delicious, with a fresh flavor and a generous portion of burger. I would highly recommend it to all burger and bacon enthusiasts!

The Spicy BK Royal Crispy Wrap Meal is absolutely delicious! It has just the right amount of spice to add a little kick without being too hot. The Honey Mustard BK Royal Crispy Wrap is equally delightful; I particularly enjoyed mine with added pickles. You really should give these a try—you'll be grateful you did! They’re so good that I sincerely hope they remain on the menu. Since I'm not a fan of bread and rolls, the soft tortilla wraps them up perfectly like an envelope, making it a mess-free experience! I also ordered onion rings, which were hot and crispy, although I found myself missing the zesty sauce. The order was for delivery, and I mistakenly assumed the sauce would be included. But you know what they say about assumptions! Still, I definitely recommend trying this tasty meal or snack. You won’t regret it!

Whole burger overall was just dry, bread was especially stale

As a fellow customer service worker, I can confidently say this place has their system running smoothly. I was assisted by someone who handled everything effortlessly and processed the orders like a pro. She was professional, quick, and friendly. From my own experience, I know how challenging it can be to stay composed when you're the only person at the register during a busy period. To the staff member in the drive-thru around 2:45 PM on March 3, 2022: you're an absolute star! Now, my only complaints are about issues that are really beyond the company's control—staff shortages, supply chain challenges, parking lot difficulties, and my drink being larger than what I ordered (though I’m not complaining about that!). Overall, given the chaos of these times, you all are doing an amazing job!
