Today (10/27/22), I placed a mobile order for just one iced coffee—nothing fancy—and I ended up waiting 30 minutes to pick it up through the drive-thru. I don't mind waiting in general, but the entire point of ordering ahead is to skip the line. I really hope management considers turning off the mobile ordering feature when there aren't enough staff members to handle the drinks at the front.
The staff is incredibly kind and friendly! This has definitely been the best experience I've had at Starbucks.

Really love this location. This location gets extremely busy in the morning hours. They have a really good crew that works fast and efficiently. This is and ALWAYS will be my go to Starbucks. Love when they have Pumpkin Spice Latte and the Pumpkin muffin. Thank you!!!
