Bonta Restaurant Bar - Cathedral City

The staff is extremely friendly, and the Martinis are out of this world! The chef even came to our table to check on our dinner, which was a lovely touch. I highly recommend this place!

Outstanding! The food quality rivals that of NYC and LA. The service is friendly and knowledgeable. We started with the calamari, which was the best I've had in California, accompanied by a light tomato basil dipping sauce. I ordered the eggplant Napoleon, which was a bit thicker than I prefer, but the sauce, melted burrata cheese, and wild basil were simply divine! My husband had the sour roast, which was so tender it could be cut with a fork and practically melted in the mouth. We finished our meal with a delicious cocoa tartufo. OMG!!! The texture and flavor were incredible—this has become our new favorite dessert. We can’t wait to bring our friends and family here!

We absolutely love this place! Wonderful menu, huge portions and Hector and Petra are spectacular hosts. Fast becoming one of our favorite places.
