They love their pasta here. Food was tasty. Portions were huge though, prices were reasonable. Beer and wine selection were fairly good. Very friendly and courteous staff.
The restaurant was a little hard to find because it was on some sort of vacation compound. The hotel is on the ocean side of the road and you have to enter through the gate. The restaurant was deserted and once inside the waiter came. It looks like a barn where probably in the summer the families come to eat. Nothing fancy, just some tables and old barrels on the wall as decoration. The waiter was friendly and did his best to speak English. I had the past carbonara and it was no culinary master piece. It was pasta from a box and there were a few lumps in the spaghetti. Those lumps when the spaghetti sticks together. There was some bacon in there but not much. The still water was in a regular plastic bottle and the local beer was good. And now ladies and gentleman, for desert we have tiramisu . It looked nice on the menu (picture) but that 's pretty much where it ended. It had been put in the microwave to thaw. Some bites from the bottom were scalding hot and some bites were frozen ice. All in all not the place where I would come back to or take somebody for dinner!!! The main dish was ok for the price. If you are on a budget it 's a good place. If you want to have a nice dinner you skip this one.
True italian pizza and the restaurant food in a traditional sicilian way!! If you ever arrive around it,for sure you should try it!!
