Good Natural Food - Catania

I was so excited to have a taste of home and order a Caesar salad. After what I witnessed, I will never go back again. The girl with the mask taking orders and fixing the food held her mask away from her face with her hands to take an order from the man in front of me. She neither put on gloves nor did she wash her hands before she touched at least 5 utensils to make his meal. None of the food was covered and to me, all of the food is contaminated as she never washed her hands before or after fixing the salads for four of the clients ahead of me. Another person came out of the back carrying bread with his bare hands and mask below his nose. Walked the entire length of the line. Again, during a pandemic where hygiene is of utmost importance, this is not acceptable. Even if we were not in a pandemic, their food handling was sub-par. I walked out without ordering as I just couldn't bring myself to get over it. I have been a server and I would have washed my hands before making the next order. I also would know not to touch my mask and then carry on without washing my hands. There should be some intensive training. I'm a teacher and we have extensive training and we aren't dealing with food. Please reconsider your safety standards.

Great food, friendly staff, maybe it would take more cashiers. for the rest compliments for choosing the product really good.

Very kind and helpful staff. very good cappucini but especially the croissants that my one year old girl loves! try the fabulous orange jam made in the house!

I and my boyfriend have had lunch several times in this place. personally, it's a bit of a discovery because finally there is also healthy food around, without even spending much! My favorite salad is the venus. salads are always abundant and accompanied by bread. the ingredients are well balanced between them and all fresh. a beautiful culinary experience, I must say. the room is clean, well maintained and furnished finely. the staff is kind and always helpful; fast service. What else to say, super recommended!
