Sushi Dragon At Casuarina

I had a few rolls, and after just a couple of hours, they started to fall apart in my drink. It seems they pre-cook their sushi before selling it.

I have to say that we once considered this the worst dining spot in Casuarina due to incorrect orders, mediocre food, rude service, and misleading opening hours. Wow, how things have changed! We gave them another chance, and they really turned it around. The young lady serving us was enthusiastic tonight, and the food came out quickly. The curry karaage chicken was incredible! It’s clear they've got their act together recently. We’re thrilled to finally have a good Japanese restaurant, especially since my wife is Japanese. Today, we were missing a vegetable tempura, but the one we did receive was so delicious that I couldn't even complain! Everyone deserves a second chance, so let’s support them! By the way, the young Aussie lady definitely deserves a raise!

No acknowledgement when you walk in the door and not friendly at all.

Outstanding sushi, ramen, rice bowls, and more! We live nearby and have sampled almost everything on the menu. It never fails to impress!
