Subway - CASTROVILLE

They can't go by online order. made me 2 foot longs that both come with mozzarella and neither one had the cheese on them. They said I did not specify what cheese I wanted. Employees need to learn what they are making

This place treated us like we were an inconvenience for Alex to have to serve. My family knows Alex personally and because of this he didn't even ask us how we wanted our sandwiches. Used the excuse that they changed the way they did things but asked every single other customer after us, how they wanted their sandwiches. It doesn't matter if you have personal issues with a customer or not when you're working and that person is a customer you treat them with respect regardless. I will not be going to this subway ever again as long as Alex is working there.

It's not like it used to be. Everything got turned upside down. I dont know what subway was thinking doing what they did to this place. You place the order THEN they make the food... umm why? This isnt a McDonald's, its SUBWAY! The old subway restaurant was set up in a great way. Left to right, tell them what you want as their making it. It's that easy. Now It's right to left, where you tell them what you want, then they make it. It's a waste of time and super inefficient! And what if I want to change my order?I'm allready going to watch you as you make my food. Thats the fun of subway. Completely ruined the classic subway experience. Would not recommend eating here. Not because the food is bad, but because the system is broken.

I 'm part of the Jr Panthers football organization and I always stop at the Valero for ice. One day there was a sign that read be back in 5 mins . An employee from subway had stopped by the store as well. I told her I was in need of ice for the boys football team. She was sweet and provided ice for free. They have been helping keep our kids hydrated in this HOT weather and for that, I 'm thankful

THIS SUBWAY IS THE BEST I’ve been to, the service is TERRIFIC and the girl who waited on me was excellent and polite I still remember her name it was CRYSTAL she has the biggest eyelashes. if the bell was there still I’d ring it non stop! PERFECT SERVICE WILL GO AGAIN!!!!
