Pizza Express Redwood Rd

I ordered a pizza at 3.30 pm. Confirmed delivery time via email was 1 hour. The pizza was delivered at approximately 5.30pm, which was 2 hours later. By then, I was starving and imagined my stomach digesting itself!!!. The representative stated the delivery was late due to traffic. I live less than 1.5 miles away and had ordered the pizza for delivery with the hope of finding it home when I arrived from work. Much as the experience was very frustrating and disappointing, the quality of the pizza was great. I am hoping for better service and will try them one more time.

Found this hidden gem the other day. Picked up a delivery and noticed they serve slices in 2-3 minutes. To my surprise it was the best slice of pizza I've had in a long time! The crust is the best part. Usually I don't eat the end crust of a pizza. With this slice I was wishing there was more. Possibly a sourdough crust definitely saw them making it fresh in the back. Had a nice chew to it while being super crispy on the bottom. A crunch with every bite. They aren't stingy with the cheese. They had a lot of cheese on the cheese slice I loved it. Sauce was zesty I could taste the herbs. So good!

Walked in for my 7 15 order at 7 13 and the pizza still needed a few seconds in the oven. Really appreciated that the pizza was coming out right at my pickup time rather than sitting on the counter early getting cold. The pizza was great could've been a little hotter temperature wise but had very good taste, light and flavorful. The restaurant itself doesn't look too great when you walk in.

The whole process was good. I really like the simplicity of their ordering online menu however, second time that they were kind of stingy on the toppings at least the salami. This was after I requested to make sure they put a little extra on because the time before, it was hardly any…. I’ll give them another try, but if they’re stingy again, I think I’ll move on.

Hands down this is THE BEST PIZZA I've ever eaten! I wish they were closer to me and that they delivered to my area, but sadly I have to go to them, which is a good thing for my budget! It doesn't look like anything special and the parking is totally impossible, but the guys there are always quite friendly, and the pizza is definitely something to rave about! The crust is handmade, the cheese and other toppings are very generously applied, and the prices are very reasonable!!! There are even unusually large sizes offered that make it an exceptional place to order for a party. YUMMY!
