Nation's Giant Hamburgers Great Pies

My Castro Valley Nation’s is great. I walked in for dinner and was greeted by Alejandra. She took my order correctly and asked if I wanted pie (very tempting). As I waited I watched Alejandra work. She pleasantly said goodbye to her colleague and took up her cooking station after she put on gloves. The phone would ring and she’d take orders, more customers were dropping in, and online orders were coming too. All along, she was patient, pleasant, efficient, calm, and sweet. I realized they were short staffed and she was stepping up as a hard worker. I haven’t seen that dedication in a long time. She was helping her colleague as her job became chaotic, as a team and a friend. It made me feel so good that there are people like her! Thank you.

The staff were friendly and efficient with delivering the food. The BLT was delicious and the banana cream pie was amazing.

Was ok ?. The food was fine but super pricey and there was a hobo cleaning himself ? in bathroom for and hour. Oh well I will be back ? many times ?

Wheelchair accessibility: Was about to get into the bathroom in my power wheelchair

Unnecesary long wait. There were two cash registers to Cashiers available. Still made me wait until the first Patron was taken care of.
