If you order online thru the BK app it says your order will be ready at counter, but at 8:30pm on a Saturday evening, we found the lobby doors locked and had to sit in the drive through line for 30 minutes to pick up our online order, and the employee didnt even see that we placed an order in their system when we pulled up to the order menu letting them know we had online order for pickup, that is just dumn, this location is the worste ive been at. They need to post their lobby hours on the app.

They always forget the extra pickles but they never forget to charge me for them!
Drive thru sucks. Bad customer service. Made me wait in line just to deny my order. Never go here.
