A restaurant or it's good to live. a warm welcome, exceptional cuisine and a casual but very attentive service. A beautiful parenthesis to feel good again in a pleasure process.

Alexis Luong is the chef of the Itoko restaurant in Castries, he is the champion of France 2021 sushi and is qualified for the World Cup. What a pleasure to have had a good table and to have enjoyed it.

Hard to get a table! But when we get this chance, we're having fun! We tested the Bento lunch and especially appreciated the freshness of the fish and the lightness of the tempuras. In dessert the yuzu cream cabbage is a delight.
