Three Angels Cafe - Castries City

This place is an absolute gem and a delight to find in the heart of Castries. Unfortunately, like many vegan, vegetarian, and Ital spots in Saint Lucia, they are not open on weekends.

I came across this restaurant while exploring Castries and was thrilled to see that everything on the menu was vegan. There were three plant-based fish options, and I chose the soy ribs. The rest of my container was filled with a delightful variety of dishes: spiced rice, breadfruit, green bananas, plantains, quinoa, a pinto bean salad, and a refreshing green salad with a guava dressing. I didn’t try the juices this time, but they had an impressive selection, and I’m definitely planning to return! The staff were friendly, and I enjoyed a satisfying lunch for just 12 ECD (with an 18 ECD option also available). It was delicious! There seemed to be some outdoor seating available near the market, but I opted for takeout. Yum!

I often travel these roads but have never noticed this place until today. It's a charming little spot with very friendly staff. I ordered a vegan meal, which included brown rice with yellow split peas, a baked ground carrot, and natural ginger chicken. It was absolutely delicious! I forgot to take a picture, unfortunately. The meal only cost 15 EC dollars.
