Livity Foods - Castries City

We stumbled across this great little vegan cafe when we came ashore from a cruise ship. We just wanted to hang out around downtown Castries, so we stopped in here for a snack and a smoothie and, it turned out, a really nice chat with Empress Crystal, the proprietor. She is very knowledgeable on the subject of herbal medicines, especially those derived from local plants. We chose some banana bread and papaya smoothies, all very tasty and refreshing. The prices for everything are very reasonable and in East Caribbean Dollars. There is also an ital resturant four blocks up the street that is connected with this cafe, the 'Food of 7 Ital Hotspot. ' We really enjoyed our visit to LiviTea, and it became a highlight of what was a really great vacation. We had such a nice time here at LiviTea.

Perfect fast food vegan restaurant in St. Lucia! They offer cold smoothies, fruit juices, breakfasts, rotis, wraps, burgers, pizza and much more! The staff are beautiful and friendly!
