Orlando's Restaurant Bar - Castries

Just the best culinary experience in St. Lucia. The dishes were excellent: yell at the sweet potato turm soup, the spicy chicken wings and the tuna on turmeric. This is a restaurant you need to visit on the island when you are around Soufrier

One of the best food experiences I had during the trip. Amazing meal from beginning to end. Each court was designed by Chef Orlando. The surprise that would come out next added. The flavor combinations made every bite wonderful from soup to mixed salad, ribs mahi. Wonderful. A must for food.

Orlando knows good to eat. One of our favorite foods during our St. Lucia trip. Small and unfair Caribbean atmosphere; but the food is on another level. Amazing service, friendly staff, great live music. If you visit Soufeirre, you cannot beat Orlando.

What a great culinary experience! Recommend Orlando when you are in Soufriere. Orlando was a nice gentleman who took the time to chat with us personally and share his story. The food was unbelievable, a lunch we remembered throughout our time on the island. You're missing if you don't try this place.

Orlando is a talented, extremely personable chef. His dishes are very creative and brought out many of St Lucia's local flavors. Brilliant use of chocolate in the chicken dish which was perfectly cooked and falling off the bone. The fish over risotto was also one of our favorites. Can't wait to come back and try some more of his culinary creations.
