Breen's Lobster - Castletownbere

It was a cold evening when entering the lobster bar that starved! I had the most delicious fishcake, it was to die for! 10 out of 10. so delicious it was, never again any complaining with eating ever, obviously cook secrets. what I love is that their dishes are always so juicy and flavored and never slander. what I could ask, a seat near the kamin served with a beautiful hot meal.

I really really enjoyed the food in here. Everything was cooked perfectly, the fish was so fresh and the staff were lovely. Castletownbere is lucky to have such a lovely restaurant I really recommend the prawns and the apple and berry sponge.

Excellent! Fish caught fresh every morning. The fish of the day is pure magic. the chowder is the best chowder I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot of chowder in my time. I would travel a distance to eat here again.

Ate here twice during my time in Castletownbere. Great food both times. Reasonably priced and excellent quality. Dog friendly outside. We had the calamari and chicken with white wine and mushroom. Highly recommended.

We stopped at breens lobster bar this evening for dinner. We hadn't made a reservation and nonetheless we were able to get a table. Food and service were amazing. Thanks to the lovely ladies who looked after us. We will definitely be back
