Great place right on lake good ice fishing; Rooms reasonably priced staff friendly; Restaurant and bar great food good prices staff very friendly good service

We stayed here for years until another patron made anti semetic remarks to my brothers and started a fight with my father. The hotel owners did nothing and allowed them to stay.

Have been go there for years. Wonderful friendly people and they treat you like family. We have met other families who have been going there for 40 years. The lake is beautiful and the Trac Inn is Delicious. Cant wait to go this summer.

The landscape and water are very nice, great location!!!! Vermont is a great state to visit. The owners have a great opportunity to capitalize an a real gem here and be one of the best Vermont has to offer in lodging. the question is are they willing to invest and bring the Edgewater Inn, Restaurant and Motel up to date from 1960 to 2016. Not mine and my wife's worst lodging experience however in our top three.

As my first trip to Vermont I was blown away by the gorgeous scenery. Unfortunately the lodging here is atrocious. I can understand being in a wooded area seeing some spiders, but they ran the business rather than came to visit. The buildings were in extreme disrepair and we hated the grounds but the owners at least lest us switch to a different slightly better accommodation so I think its an issue of money to repair the facility.
