Bagels & Brew - Castlegar

I was dreading heading to a fast food joint as I pulled out of Castlegar when I saw Bagels and Brew across the parking lot. What a great decision, my coffee was good and the breakfast wrap was a yummy way to start a long drive. It is just off the highway so I expect I will be back.

If you enjoy utilizing tripadvisor for advice please pay back the system and leave a review after you visit an establishment. The more reviews the better! Service was ok! Coffee was fantastic! Ambience was great! Bagels are a little small but freshly baked.

Bagel's and Brew is THE place to go if you want a 'soup and sandwich' for lunch.

Upon entering the restaurant, I didn't have high expectations, especially after reading glowing reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the cute ambiance. I decided to try a poppy seed bagel with strawberry cream cheese, as nothing else caught my eye. I took it to go and was thrilled to discover it was homemade, both the bagel and the cream cheese. It was incredibly delicious and I regretted not ordering two. Don't hesitate to visit this place, you won't be disappointed!

I will stop in for my favorite bagel Tuna melt and a latte when in Castlegar at lunch time. Soups a tasty as well
