Yes, this Starbucks is inside a King Soopers grocery store. But it's actually a KS employee break room disguised as a Starbucks!

They obviously will hire anybody at Starbucks these days. This company has really taken a nose dive over the years and their service and products suck. RICO sealed the deal for me, will never ever come back here again. Horrible experience.

They lady said that she was closed at 745 pm. And was to busy talking to a gentleman then staying open when it states open till 8. She just was bragging about how many guys hit on her. Absolutely rediculous. She shouldn't be working

This is the third time I've ordered ahead with simple requests. I've gotten regular milk instead of soy and got ill and today I ordered a pink drink with light ice. Simple right? I don't mind spending $6 on a drink I enjoy but I do mind spending that much and getting it incorrectly made over and over again. I'm not ordering ice I'm ordering a pricey drink. Not to mention the service is pretty slow, working as a barista you need to work fast. I know because I was one for years. But fast doesn't mean make the drinks incorrectly and also slow also doesn't mean take short cuts.

Picked up a peppermint hot chocolate as I had a reward. It was a nice treat to sip as I shopped on a holiday. The line was long but went fairly quickly. The cashier forgot to ask me if I wanted whipped cream and I didn't even think of it. But Lori who was making my drink asked me and she put some for me which I appreciated. She was also so cheerful and friendly that I went away from the interaction with a warm happy feeling. Great service! And I was happy to sit and wait for my drink too as they were busy. The tables and chairs are nice.
