Slim Chickens Food Truck - Castle Rock

I went to 105 West Brewery for some Slim Chickens tonight! The tenders and fries were delicious! My kids usually prefer a couple other chicken places in Castle Rock, but they unanimously agreed that Slim Chickens was better tonight! The service was fantastic too. I highly recommend trying Slim Chickens next time you're craving delicious food and great service!

My wife visited the Slim Chickens food truck in Castle Rock to try their Valentine's Day special: chicken heart shaped waffles. She brought the food home and it stayed hot and delicious. The waffles were one of the top 5 that I have ever tasted. A generous portion of light and fluffy butter was served on the side, making it even more tasty. We have always enjoyed their chicken tenders. The Slims Sauce transforms the tenders into chicken parmigiana, which is mouthwatering to think about. A tip: try the cayenne ranch dipping sauce and add a little inferno for a fantastic flavor on both the tenders and fries. You can thank me later.

The Tenders, Wings, and Fries were all delicious, but when we arrived home we realized our order was incorrect and had to return to the restaurant. While attempting to exchange our food, one of the workers in the food truck was rude and nearly hostile. The food was great, but the service was lacking.

The food trucks run by these young individuals are incredible. They always have my order ready before I even place it - my go-to choice being the slender meal. They recognize me as a regular customer and often have my meal prepared in advance.

The food and service here are fantastic! The pork dish is incredibly juicy and crispy. It reheats well in my air fryer, so I always have leftovers for later. The potato salad is my favorite ever, and I adore the dessert glasses - they are so charming.
