The staff is generally friendly, but not always attentive and can be hard to find. The food quality has remained consistent and the dining area and bathrooms are kept clean. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.
We ordered a burger and fish and chips, along with Bretzel nuggets and cheese sauce for a starter. The cheese sauce and nuggets were only warm, not hot. We scraped the remaining cheese sauce off the plate and enjoyed our meals. Our food arrived quickly and was prepared as expected. The staff was friendly and efficient. The menu has been reduced since the pandemic, with only 3 Entree options available and slightly fewer burger selections. A total of 55 menu items have been permanently removed, with no plans to bring them back.
I have visited Red Robin before and unfortunately, a member of their staff had already indicated that they would not address any issues except to accept negative reviews. Therefore, there seems to be no point in contacting them if they are unable to resolve issues properly.
Eating was good and everyone except our actual server was on the spot. literally the only thing she had to do was order for 2 people, and put them in the right, and they failed. it started with some confusion about my drink order. I didn't want to argue, so I just ordered what she said I could come and move on. shortly after, the time came to submit our food order. I ordered a Guacamole Bacon broker and my partner ordered the southern charmer. when our food came to the table, he was good, but I got almost a mushroom Swiss burger. Of course I said I didn't order that. I told the food runner what I ordered, and she went away to correct the problem. she talked to the server and then went to the back. the server didn't come by immediately. at this point I was quite frustrated and wondered how my job was mixed. the server came by and said that they hit the wrong button on their ordering device and that we would get one participant free of charge. I agree on how it was treated at the end. it is my hope that she starts reading the information she enters back before she sends tickets to the kitchen. I'm sorry, I don't even know if I have their names.
Service at the Castle Rock Red Robin is very hit and miss. The last time we at there, the server did not bring fries to start, did not bring drink refills, and did not ask if we wanted dry refills. We had to flag different servers to help us. This is a pretty typical experience. Once every three or four visits, you get an attentive server. Burgers are typically overcooked.Vegetarian options: A non-mear burger option is available as ia a side salad or broccoli.Dietary restrictions: A gluten free fryer is available as ia a gluten free bun option.
