Press Waffle Co. - Castle Rock

We tried a selection of waffles for brunch and went back later to get an after dinner dessert waffle. So delicious! Loved them all, but my absolute favorite is the Southern Belle!

Exactly what Castle Rock needed. Loved the chicken and waffles! The hubby had the Nashville hot which was so delicious too!

My girlfriend took me here for a date and I can?t express how good these waffles are. Crunchy on the outside and lightness on the inside, not too sweet. I had the ice cream sandwich with lemon curd ice cream. It was incredible. I can?t wait to come back, and try more such as their chicken and waffles and their savory breakfast waffles. Also the atmosphere is adorable and very friendly, 5 stars :

Came for a dessert waffle and it was so good!! You can come for anytime though because their menu go from sweet to savory. Staff are so friendly and the inside is so cute!

Was so excited that they make gluten free waffles on their own dedicated grill! They were well versed in what toppings had gluten as well. Very impressed and it was delicious!
