Little Caesars Pizza - Castle Rock

I ordered a pizza that was supposed to have pepperoni, but it only had cheese. The box and receipt clearly stated it was pepperoni. The pizza was undercooked, with raw dough, and the mushrooms on top were cold, as if straight from the can. We had to preheat our oven to cook both pizzas ourselves. I’ve attached a picture of the pizza after we finished cooking it. The breadsticks were dry, and instead of the 2-liter soda I ordered, I received two 20-ounce bottles. (For reference, 64.7 ounces is in 2 liters.) The only good thing about the meal was the wings.

I ordered delivery for the first time and had a disappointing experience. The delivery driver left my pizza on the ground in 20-degree weather without knocking or notifying me. I've tried calling the customer service number multiple times over the past two days, but no one has returned my calls or answered the phone at the store. I'm extremely disappointed.

I can't get anyone to answer the phone right now. The online ordering system is quite challenging for visually impaired individuals, so I had to go to the restaurant in person. I noticed that five people were working, yet no one was available to answer the phone. The food is very good, but overall, I have mixed feelings about the experience.

The food was sort of what I expected but the cut was so off not a single piece was a triangle. I saw people sitting in the same counter they cut the pizza on. There is no such thing as hot and ready because there is never pizza ready.
