Kfc - Castle Rock

I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I had to wait 20 to 30 minutes for my order, only for it to be incorrect. The atmosphere is unpleasant, and it seems like the staff are not attentive. Even though it wasn't busy, the service was incredibly slow, and the food was just not good.

Tim was great in customer service. the price differs from the register and he apologized and said I could wait for the manager, but he was so nice and I had to go, but he was more than helpful!

Visiting this restaurant can be a bit of a gamble, especially on the weekends. Unfortunately, they were out of the original white recipe during my visit. However, the coleslaw and chocolate cake never disappoint; they seem to be consistently well-made and delicious.

The young employees working at night are very respectful and have great customer service skills. they were busy tonight and treated very smoothly. they are right.

Went through your drive-through today i could barely hear the guy on the other end of the speaker. Repeated my order back to him and when he gave me the total it didn’t sound right. When we got to the window I simply asked the man to repeat my order back to me as the price didn’t sound right, he then got defensive and argued with me regarding what I ordered I simply said sir I’m just asking for you to repeat my order as the price doesn’t sound correct he then was rude and unprofessional and when I asked to speak to the manager he pulled his name badge out of his pocket and said that he was his name was Ty he rudely said do you want the food or not and I said you know what I do not the service was horrible! Do unprofessional all he had to do was politely repeat my order. I understand finding employees is hard at the moment but that was no excuse
