Glacier Homemade Ice Cream Gelato

I actually love glacier and have never had a bad experience at the centennial location. But this castle rock location is the worst, employees are rude and rush you, they are always out of waffle cones as a matter of fact out of all the times I’ve gone to this location I don’t think I was ever able to get a waffle cone, and the last time I went they were out of the ice cream so I tried the gelato for the first time and it was horrible it had no flavor, it tasted like nothing just cold I also thought they raised their prices because I was charged something like 17$ before tip for 2 small ice creams cups (one with toppings) and only realized I was overcharged when I got home and was able to check the prices online.

Favorite ice cream place ever!!! Variety of great flavors. Delicious and great quality gelato and ice cream. I want to try it all! Milkshakes, ice cream cookies, cakes, and more.

They never have all their flavors 1 out of 5 times do they have something we all can get. It melts extremely fast. Kids running it are clueless. I wish sugar spoon was open more- much better ice cream and service

Amazing treats and super friendly staff. The gelato is perfectly smooth and creamy, ice cream in a ton of flavors. One of our favorite treat spots in Castle Rock!

Choices of ice cream or gelato are plentiful. The staff is helpful to keep the line moving but still gives time to make a selection from the freezer cases. Yummmmy.
