Anita’s Tearooms - Castle Point

I happened to be at a loose end in Canvey Island, saw a banner advertising Anita’s Tearoom, and went to see what it was like it was worth the diversion along the sea wall! I had the 10 item breakfast, and it was served quickly and in a friendly fashion, and was very tasty (special recommendation for having Irish White pudding on the menu which was a very pleasant surprise) Reasonably priced and enjoyable. Certainly set me up for the day!

This cafe is amazing walked past 1000 time never saw it untill i saw the flag lol food was amazing staff was so so so nice and the sunday roast are too good

Travelled 35 minutes from Southend today. Sunday 23rd October, arrived at 10-30am to find the place shut and in darkness? Opening hours on here say open on a Sunday?

Had a fantastic freshly cooked breakfast in Anita’s and lovely thick cut toast and yummy sweet tea was very impressed well worth a 2 nd and 3 rd visit an asset to the community ty
