Oakhill Oriental - Castle Hill

A family package was ordered and cooked rice was loaded more than the total value of these items and the spring rolls were missing. they called the restaurant and they couldn't help. bad customer service ever. time for a refreshment in the oakhill shops.

Very busy but good Chinese. Can eat in or have takeaway. I wouldnt eat in only because it is busy and has the TV on which I dont like whilst dining, but thats personal preference. Suits people who are waiting for their takeaway food. Reasonably...priced

We had a short and hot& sour soups it was okay. For the main the stir fried fish with ginger and shallots was good, Szechuan chicken is okay. Fired rice was hard and dry)this need to be improved. Service was better than I expected. Interior...just ordinary. Plenty of parking at front.

Have had dinner at this restaurant several times and it is excellent. Food great, service great and nice and relaxed atmosphere

Ordered x Curried King Prawns (vegetables carrot not cooked) x Short Soup (threw in bin) Did not order chicken soup...returned untouched Returned meals to restaurant Sun Dec Did not ask for refund (doubt I would have been given one was not...offered) I will NEVER purchase from Oakhill Oriental again. I have been a customer of Oriental Oakhill for many years.... This restaurant has lost its appeal food quality is zero! BEWARE!!!!
