Przekaż informację zwrotnąI asked for fresh food specifically. I waited in the drive-thru, thinking everything was freshly cooked because the small fries I tried tasted fresh. However, I later realized that they had only placed fresh fries on top and the rest of the food was cold. The large fries seemed stale, as if they had been microwaved. I tried calling the restaurant for over an hour with no answer, even though I confirmed the number was correct by calling another location. It seems the management is aware of this deception. I returned 45 minutes later and spoke to the manager, who gave me a full refund. I informed them that this was not the first incident like this and that I had reported it to head office before returning.
In this case, lack of quality control, ordered two medium-sized burger meals, received a small ah OK should have realized when paying. Burgers fall into the boxes. Chips were dirty cold, not crisp, and very small amount jammed under the two boxes...at the bottom of the bag. We won't be back in the near future. This from a company that prides itself (I thought) in quality, and customer service.
Called by to pick up a Big Mac meal and some nuggets for myself and my son. Rarely get Maccas but this has to be the worst one in Sydney. Got home, nuggets were stone cold like they were hours old and missing a Big...Mac. Called 3 of 4 times and phone ring out. Absolutely rubbish service and food.
The worst day of my life. Well first of all, they refused to sell us chocolate sundaes and said the ice cream machines were broken, however I could see quite clearly through the back of the store that the machines were in fact working. I...could even see customers walking out of the entry with ice creams in their hand. So already we are off to a rough start. The crew member was very arrogant and snarky not friendly at all. We asked what we could have instead, and he said no shakes, frozens or ice cream. This wasn’t helpful at all? This made me furious as I have low blood sugar and I started to feel dizzy. I felt so sick so I was only left with getting a frappe. I demanded for chocolate but they gave me mocha instead. This made my stomach upset. We asked for a receipt and he refused to give it to us. They were taking my hard earned money... I then took a photo of my friend with flash on in the front seat and the horrible angry worker accused me of taking a photo of him. He needs to mind his own business. At this point i was over heating and I felt ill, i just needed to leave as fast as I could. I will not be going back to this MacDonalds again. Today you lost a loyal customer.
There is no doubt that every time I have visited this place, it has to be the worst McDonald's in Sydney. The fries are cold, the drinks are only filled three-quarters of the way, there are ingredients missing from the Angus burger, and despite ordering meals for multiple people, I only received one napkin. The service is well below par. I tried calling to complain, but the line is always busy. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
