Costanza - CASTELNUOVO DI GARFAGNANA

The Café is located in a small street in Castelnuovo. We had an amazing pizza with gorgonzola cheese. The Cappuccion was okay, could have been hotter.

Very friendly staff made our family feel welcome! Excellent coffee and treats for my children. Great location! If you sit outside , you can just relax and watch the flow of the town...

This place was the only place with available tables (as the next restaurant was full) and we wanted to eat right in the centre. It's busy with locals so the food must be good and we certainly enjoyed what we ate. What lets it down though is the surly staff the waitress never stopped chewing gum the whole time she took our order or served us or in fact ran back to whisk my plate away when she realised something had been left of my salad. We would have stayed for dessert but the service was far too slow by this time gum chewer had clocked off so we were at the mercy of the unfriendly owner/manager and decided we'd settle up. Having asked but never received our bill, we eventually just left what we thought would cover it and headed off to the local gelateria for dessert there. Maybe we just caught them on a bad service day.

Cellular service, quality ratio right price *find an alternative solution for that pizza and food card cutter would be appropriate. otherwise the risk that is ingested is high. Everything else is top.

A couple of years ago I happened by chance and took a cutting board and found myself great now instead I waited almost an hour to get water. food is good but you should arrange a little better for waiting times also because you have a good flow of customers
