D'agostino Pizzeria

We were here Friday evening along with friends, one of which recommended it, and I must say that I am really satisfied with the pizza, I took a white montanara with mushrooms and sausage... delicious and they feel the flavors of quality ingredients, but all were happy with the quality offered. The very kind owner recommended some potatoes from the baked Matese.. delicious as well as the sweets made by her... absolutely to prove,that to say the advice, only sin and I am sorry to say, once made the receipt and we were 3 couples, there was no possibility to pay our share with the pos ... this is to be updated.

Tonight, after a usual busy day of work, we wanted a coconut: pizza! We came to pizzeria D'Agostino, in the small and pretty mat center: Castle of Matese. To welcome us in the hall we found Angela, a kind, nice and helpful girl. A high-class pâtissière: she was the creator of a sponge bread wet with mandarin liqueur, stuffed with delicate chantilly cream, which reminded me of ancient flavors, and childhood scents. We enjoyed a pizza with a light, elastic dough, inflated cornice, but without weighting, decorated with the imagination of the master pizzaiolo. He was able to dose color and taste in such a way as to create real works of art by taste, and appearance. A real charm for the palate of real gourmets. Raw materials by author: real extra virgin olive oil of the neighboring countries, put on the table, nothing industrial. Sweets of the house Angela made: the cake, and chestnut and chatter. Theme cakes, typical of our vast and extraordinary gastronomic culture bell. How wonderful. Autochthonous wines. Price more than honest. Local crop, welcoming, simple, to make you feel at home. Cozy location, friendly and caring staff, contained prices. Pizza OTTIMA, very light and well cooked, with soft frames not biscotted. Various tastes, well assorted... good one with mortadella and pistachio cream. Baccalà also it very good. Discovered, finally, of sweets prepared by the owner really tasty, delicate and succulent.
