For my main course I had the recommended pigs feet. This was a mistake as it was either tendon or bone. No meat. A lot of sauce though. The wine was disgusting though. Really cheap wine, though not reflected in the price. €3 per glass. The service however was excellent.
Visited this restaurant for a menu del dia lunch at 18€ per head. This included started, main, desert a glass of wine. We chose our meals asked for a bottle of house red wine. The first course was wonderful ...... mussels in a tomato sauce, delicious. Sadly it went down hill, the meat main was over cooked tasteless, the fish course undercooked a little slimy. The deserts were forgettable. We asked for the bill rather than being charged 36€ plus an extra glass each of wine we were charged for the whole bottle with no deduction for the glass that should have been included in the price. Upon questioning the waitress who consulted with the boss it was reduced. The food started so well but went down hill from there.
Glad we didnt read the reviews- sat out the front on a lovely evening- and given main menu for dinner- asked re TAPAS and provided with another menu. Price good and waitress helped pick out some dishes. Wine went down well and service and price were good. Saw someone served a whole fish and it did look nice.
