Mr. Jack's - Castelfranco di sopra

Good, tasty and simple food. Wonderful staff. Nice to start or end the Strada the Balze Hike. Ideally located on the middle of the central square.

When in Rome...drink what and where the locals drink, right? Highly recommend ordering the Negroni (or any other Italian cocktails) and enjoying the sights and sounds within the town square of Castelfranco di Sopra. #FriendlyAndFastService

My wife and I were walking around the small towns and landed on this Jem. Best coffee and sitting with locals. Friendly staff, amazing coffee. 2 for 2.40 euro. Wow

We were staying in Castelfranco and I needed a quick lunch. I had ham and cheese, and it wasn't what I was used to but okay. I probably wouldn't go again if I had other options.

The new owners of this restaurant, originally called Enjoytoscano, have completely changed the forat of this restaurant. If you happen to stay in the Valdarno near Castelfranco di Sopra and care for an informal lunch or trendy dinner, than Mr. Jack's Bar is a good choice in the area. For lunch, you can choose from a range of plates from the buffet, but for dinner, next to the buffet, there is also a menu with original local dishes at very fait prices. The wines from the wine list don't cpme cheap, but go for the house wine, which is always good in Toscany. Should you be staying in one of the B&B's around Castefranco it is good to know that you can also select your take away meal from the buffet.
