Toscana Resort Castelfalfi

Sono stato in ottobre in questo meraviglioso resort con i miei nipoti e sono rimasto molto impressionato, così come dalla bellezza dei luoghi, dal personale cordiale e amichevole. Ottimo cibo e servizio attento. Tra le tante proposte per i ragazzi, abbiamo fatto l’esperienza di “pizza fare”, per dire poco stupefacente. I ragazzi sono pazzi e Andrea, la pizzaiola, fantastico. La pizza divina. Abbiamo lasciato portare nei nostri cuori due giorni indimenticabili. Torneremo.

So the attitude is AMAZING my daughter got married there last month. Luckily for our daughter the wedding planner (not a hotel employee) was amazing! The hotel staff were not very friendly at all. The people who drive the shuttles were great, but the staff at the restaurant and the reception left much to wish. A galle that helps our daughter could not have been more difficult you can imagine what someone pays for a wedding in this place. The wedding party remained in one of the villa and had stolen jewelry the management could not be disturbed with this situation. One night at the bar in the hotel we were told from the night table whether we were guests and in which room we lived. We were there for several days and nights. I have always said that the French are not friendly to the Americans, but now I would add that the Italians also have a margin.

Castelfalfi is heaven on earth! You can not beat the view location is perfection, the property is large enough to all your needs and not boring. I had a great stay and spent my birthday there. I will highly recommend and return in a heartbeat. Reason for lifting a star: the rooms are not soundproof. You can hear everything in the hall. The stereo system in the bar is connected to the Hotel Flur, so if the bar plays music at night, you can hear it in your room, which makes sleep impossible. I don't know who designed this (probably for a good mood), but in reality this is a design mistake and just doesn't work. If you are a light sleeper, like me, ask for a quiet space far from the hallway. Breakfast is the same every day. There is no new variety. You are good food, but if you stay for more than 3 nights you would want something else. Other than that, staff is amazing, view is incredible, the village is super sweet. I want to go back! Best resort to experience Italian landscape Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5.

Spent two days here early October 2022. The resort is definitely lovely and the scenery amazing. For the reputation and the price level there is one no go: service staff. Outdoors/ at the pool unavailable, you need to hunt for them. At the restaurants that have been completely packed, eg the Rosmarino completely stressed and unorganized, not able to manage the long queue in a proper way and also not good and friendly service. Will definitely not come again and also not recommend. Not worth the money and a completely disappointment.
