Dunkin' - Cassoday

Place is horribly understaffed which I’m assuming is due to horrible pay. Manager was a little rude but I’m assuming due to them being the only person trying to keep the entire thing running.

Stopped by Sat, Dec 17th in the afternoon to order donuts. We should have went to the Philip 66. The teenager who was running the store clearly didn 't want to be there. When we tried to order he said We are all sold out. To the couple items we asked to order, but with an attitude. Then we had to ask him what they did have left. And he then sighed again gestured over his shoulder and said What you see there. To make matters worse the donuts we ordered ended up being stale and hard.

Stopped by here at 1 PM on a Monday and the woman behind the counter was putting her coat on and said “we decided that we’re closed sorry.” The sign next to her said “open til 7pm.” So weird and just terrible customer service (not surprised). Poor people who are driving through here will have no options because the workers were too lazy to stay!

You are gonna continue to get bad reviews if you don’t train or fire the manager at this location, rudest person ever. This is not my first bad experience with her but this is my first review of her.
