Steak 'n Shake - Casselberry

Typically, I enjoy a great meal here, but my recent visit was disappointing. The fries were cold and limp, and the small side of cheese sauce that could have salvaged them was missing. On a positive note, the milkshake was fantastic and nearly compensated for the unsatisfactory fries that accompanied my burger.

Also, we miss the breakfast menu. The pancakes and coffee were excellent, and we'd love to see those options return. Let's prioritize having human servers instead of robots. Have a wonderful day! Mr. Tony signing off.

They combine the uncooked fries with the cooked ones. The bacon was burnt. The burger patties lacked a proper sear. Good luck to the next customers!

The Frisco Melt was disappointingly dry. I ordered a cup of chili but didn't get any crackers or a spoon. This wouldn't be an issue if the waitstaff were available to assist, but it seems like there’s nobody around to ask for these items. You have to wait and hope someone comes by so you can make a request. What is the purpose of this place?

I honestly have no idea what has changed at this restaurant, but it's absolutely incredible! Our burgers arrived neatly packaged in a box and partially wrapped, so they weren't soggy at all (they've never been delivered like that before). Everything tasted so fresh, it was amazing. The milkshake was thick and not melted at all. I'm not sure if they've changed management or something recently, but this was the best Steak ‘n Shake I've ever had. I felt compelled to leave my very first review because we were so impressed!
