Never Phoget A Taste Of Vietnam

The food was average. My brother had better service, which I found frustrating since the waiter seemed to prioritize him and give him more attention. Additionally, they really need to address their pest control issues; otherwise, they risk being shut down. I noticed bugs in the women's restroom, and one even crawled onto my bag while I was at the table. On a positive note, the green tea lemonade was quite good.

When you happen onto a hidden gem like Never Phoget, you don't forget. Genuine dishes served fresh. I was happy to wait, sipped on a bubble tea of their own creation, and yum!! I've since been here 3 times when I'm in the area. Highly recommend everything on the menu.

I will preface that the meal was ordered on DD, and took 15 minutes from preparing to pick up, to delivery So. Bland. Summer rolls were well made. But the sauces were less than flavorful. The Pho broth was lifeless. The Pad Thai was one brick of noodles, with weak flavor as well. Was so looking forward to a new Vietnamese restaurant. I will try dining in, but delivery can't make the food dull and bland.

I'm not sure if it was just a name change or change in management, but we went here the other night and the food wasn't as good. My pho was lacking flavor and the beef kind of tasted off. Portions were smaller (the summer roll specifically). My husband ordered wonton soup and it just wasn't as flavorful as before. The kids pad Thai on the other hand was actually very good. They got it medium heat with chicken. Curious to see other reviews of the food under this new name.

This spot used be called Four Guys Pho but they are under new owners and new management. Tonight I felt like Pho but didn't feel like driving to my normal spot in Winter Park. When we walked in, I noticed a big difference in the ambience from the previous owners; the dining area was open but cozy feel to it. The people at the counter advised us chose where we would like to seat and brought us menus immediately. What really impressed me was when my wife inquired about gluten free options, our server, Brian provided several options. I chose the brisket and eye round and my wife chose the veggie pho. They were fairly quick on bringing our meal which also included summer rolls. I normally like a bolder flavor in my broth but this broth was light but very flavorful. The meat was very tender and tasty. Everything in this bowl was well balanced and all the ingredients complimented each other. This spot is on my list for a return visit. Give them a try!
