The food was amazing! I frequent here and love that the food doesn’t taste frozen or old like it tends to at other fast food chains!

First time here, and its gooood food, way better than Panera, and they actually get everything right. ?

Bagels are so good. Raisin bagel is best. But the lady taking order is so rude in taking order as this is busy location. If you taking 30 seconds or more she said hurry up in order

Walk in to 3 people working with their back towards the counter. Stood there for about 4 minutes before the girl that I heard laughing in the back came up front to take my order. They had no plain cream cheese tubs, no ice for my fountain soda drink, no napkins I had to ask the people behind the counter for those items. Some customer had to ask to have his coffee heated in microwave because it was cold. The dining room was set at sub artic tempature so I had to sit outside. Just like the rest of “fast food” Einstein is also on the decline. You guys need to get a manager in there who knows how to run the place. I will not be back, I used to love Einstein Brothers.
