Chipotle Mexican Grill - Casselberry

The quesadilla on the side was dry and resembled a chip. The main meal was tasty, but it had more of a lime flavor than actual cheese and steak with sour cream.

My order was missing some items I requested, which was disappointing. Furthermore, the food was bland and cold. However, it arrived in a timely manner.

The fries were very limp and soggy. The tacos were overly soft and not enjoyable. We ordered a burrito but it arrived in a bowl instead. We usually like Chipotle, but this is not the first time we have received disappointing food delivery, and it will probably be the last time we order without going to the restaurant. Even the guacamole was not up to par. I regret spending my money on this meal. It is disappointing to have to leave a negative review, but I have to be honest. I would prefer to write a positive review, but I have to speak the truth.

Steak bowl came with more lettuce than literally anything. I didnt ask for more lettuce, waste of $16

Please make sure to check that all orders are correct before sealing them for drivers to pick up. Please also make sure to add a vinaigrette to all salad orders. This is the second time items were missing from my order.
