Arby's - Casselberry

Try the new Wagyu bacon burgers. The bun was good and there are many different burger options to choose from. These burgers are very filling and bigger than a McDonald's Quarter Pounder. The sauce complemented the burger perfectly. Give it a try!

Arby's exceeded my expectations. When the food is fresh and made to order, this place is fantastic. I really enjoy Arby's and appreciate them being there for my craving for a delicious sandwich.

My experience at this restaurant was pretty terrible. The server was very rude and rushed us to place our order. She even made a comment about me holding up the line when there was no one behind me. After finally receiving my food, I waited for the server to come back for my payment for 8 minutes while my food sat at the window getting cold. Two other customers came and went without receiving their orders as well. This was the first time I had such a negative experience at an Arby's.

Friendly, fast service even though they were busy. Food was hot and fresh.

The 1463 Semoram boulevard was the worst Arby been I have been coming there for 15 years but for some reason today at 5:21 Thursday February 24th I'm not sure if there's new management or they don't care we walked in I ordered a Ruben the meat was dark like it was rotten they couldn't care less about it I finally went and got to talk to someone they made another one and that one was like beef jerky the bathroom was filthy I had to clean my own table because it was dirty so I threw all my food in the trash wasting my time wasting my money I know this is a fast food restaurant but my gosh you should have some kind of priority and pride in what you do and apparently this store indthat crew does not . not a happy camper and I will not be back to that store
