Sunflower Restaurant - Cassabe de Ponda

On June 1, 2016, I visited Ponda, Goa for a work trip. My hosts took me to the impressive Sunflower Restaurant located on the ground floor of the Sun Inn hotel for dinner. Despite being a bit late, the restaurant was clean and tidy, with nice lighting and deep brown furniture. We started our meal with a flavorful Chicken Manchow soup with an Indian konkani twist. For starters, we enjoyed golden fried prawns with a slightly spicy chutney. The main course consisted of a spicy chicken curry with naan. Dessert was a indulgent treat of ice cream, as I decided to indulge in the moment. It was a delightful dining experience with great company.
