Lindsey is absolutely amazing! I have came here a few times and everyone was super nice and understanding. 10/10 recommend their breakfast. Fresh everyday and never disappoints!

Food was 6/10. Service was not great. Did not hold the onions as requested, then sent out a replacement dish with undercooked potatoes. Had to grab maple syrup from a neighboring table after the waiter failed to bring it. Waiter also threw a bit of a fitwhen questioned about the pricing of two different meals that appeared to be the same on delivery, including slamming thereceipt down at the till counter visible and audible to the entire restaurant. The owner or manager tried to discuss the matter,but ultimately the experience was not worth trying to repair.

Cute little Cafe,, found it while driving downtown looking for a place to eat. However the service was not all the best,, our server seemed like he had no idea what he was supposed to be doing, the food was bland and untasteful, there was people in thekitchen without their hair up and touching their face with their un-gloved hands, very uncomfortable atmosphere. However the onelady who tried to serve us before she realized that we were already helped seemed to be on top of her game, along with the ladywith the split dye hair! Props to you ladies!

The BEST carrot cake in town hands down. Honestly, I didn't initially go in for the carrot cake. The Derrik sandwich was my draw. Handcut ham, turkey, and roast beef. This isn't your average deli meat sandwich. This is thick slices of roastedgoodness. The sandwich is amazing. Prices are some of the best in town. You get a HUGE portion (my meal could have fed 2 people,it didn't somehow....I may have scarffed down every bite) and it's great quality. Now back to the carrot cake. Order it. Don'tknow what you want or not sure if you want dessert? Trust me, you want this carrot cake. It's moist, the spices are wellbalanced and the icing is perfect. It's not overly sweet so that it takes over the cake and it's tangy enough to make your tastebuds dance with happiness so that your eager for the next bite. The cake and icing compliment each other perfectly. The WoodenDerrik is worth the trouble to find parking and definitely a repeat.

Personally, i have never had an experience that has made me dislike a place so much. My associate and i had gotten the idea to grab some brunch before we went to go grab some coffee, seeing as how The Wooden Derrick was right up the road from the coffeeshop we decided to go and take a quick look. We arrived, and after 3 minutes we where told to seat ourselves. Finding a tablethat wasn't dirty was a chore in and of itself, We picked the cleanest table and we still had to clean it ourselves. After wefound ourselves a clean table, the waitress approached my associate and i and asked for starters, Mind you the waitress wasstressed out of her mind and sweating profusely, She grabbed our order once without a pad and the other three times sheattempted to take our order she had a pad. The wait was not horrible although the food was an amazing disappointment, the steakmy associate had was not so much steak but ground beef (yes i mean ground beef , the food i ordered was missing two items thatwent with the meal. As far as the taste it was bland and flavorless, the place had us wishing we had gone to McDonald's. We hadfinished eating what we could, as we where finishing up we saw a elderly couple come in and get seated at a table that had 12cups from previous customers, the table was so dirty that when we got up from our booth they IMMEDIATELY moved to our table. Atthis point i had had enough, i approached the waitress with the ticket and gave her my card, she swiped it and left it in thesquare space reader and walked away, leaving me to have to reach across the counter with barely one hand to grab my card. Inconclusion this was the worst restaurant experience ive ever had in my entire life id recommend a second thought. The only thingi had nothing bad to say about, was the gravy.. Good job guys.
