Racca's Pizzeria Napolatana - Casper

We were in Casper, WY for a fire conference. Several local firefighters said Racca’s was a great place for food. We took their recommendation and enjoyed lunch there. The restaurant is in an old cannery style single-story brick building. The ambiance inside is very cool. Our server was awesome. She engaged in conversation with us in addition to discussing the menu. Very friendly and fun to be served by. My wife and I shared a Caesar salad. The dressing was how I like it…not too creamy with a little punch. We went with the Sicilia pizza. It was awesome. The crust was perfect…which is key with Neapolitan style pizza. Their menu looks great. Many options if you don’t want pizza.

We come here every time we visit Casper. They have the best gluten free pizza.

We went on a busy Friday night. The staff was friendly and accommodating, had somewhat picky requests. Atmosphere was fun, music was a little loud to have conversation over the table. The food was fantastically delicious! Our server was knowledgeable and sweet. The cook staff was incredible to watch. Overall, the food was worth what we paid for it! We went back the next day for lunch!

It was a very busy night in Casper and we were seated about 30 minutes after our reservation. Food was good, but service was also very slow this night. We were delivered our second round of drinks we order way after we ordered them, and after we had already paid the check (with the round of drinks already paid). We were late getting to the concert we planned plenty of time for.
