Mouthful - Casper

We stopped here while passing through Casper and were thoroughly impressed! It's a local establishment, and when we sat down with our family, Tyler came out to greet us. He is the founder of the restaurant and shared that he started it from the ground up in 2016. The food was incredible! We all ordered different items like salads, burgers, and nachos, and we were blown away by the quality and flavor. It was a bit tricky to find since it's located behind a liquor store (I believe it's called Moonlight Liquor), but it was absolutely worth the effort!

Excellent food! You consistently offer innovative burger creations! Being located in the brewery is a major plus. The service is fantastic as well! Plus, the view of Casper and the mountains is breathtaking! Bring the kids— they’re more than welcome too!

The service was exceptional, even with some unexpected challenges. I tried the Sweet Sriracha Burger from the seasonal menu, and every flavor was spot on. It was made with ground beef, fire-roasted jalapeños, pineapple, Sriracha, and mayo. The combination of the heat from the jalapeños and Sriracha was much more delightful than I expected, and the sweetness of the pineapple balanced the heat beautifully. The mayo helped to mellow the spiciness perfectly. My only minor critique would be that the pineapple pieces, while fresh and delicious, were a bit larger than I would have preferred. The fries were a standout for me; if a restaurant can perfect its fries like these, I know I’m in for a treat for the rest of the meal. I also had the chance to chat with the owner, who is a remarkably passionate restaurant owner—something that's sadly lacking in the age of chain restaurants. If you're in Casper or just passing through, make the effort to find Mouthful; you won't regret it. It’s a true gem of a place!

Love the food here! I always hope they open a place closer where we live (East Casper), as we would eat more often here. Absolutely love their BBQ Burger. Only negative, I wish they had more healthy food options. I recently had to change the diet and they don't have many options available to me.

Wow it's been some time since the last time I had a burger so flavorful like the one I just had. The food took a little longer to be served than I expected, but it was worth it. I think it takes time to make a burger this good!
